CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Customers will receive a full refund or booking credit if cancellation is made at least 20 days before the scheduled tour date.in the event of adverse weather conditions (strong wind, storms, or conditions deemed unsafe by the captain) or unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues, Lake Como Boat may offer a full refund, a rescheduled tour, or booking credit.in case of bad weather, we will always do our best to find the most suitable solution by rescheduling the tour date or departure time, subject to availability.
Cloudy weather is not considered bad weather and is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Personal, family, travel, parking, traffic, train, ferry, or transportation-related issues are not refundable.
Guests are strongly advised to allow extra time for traffic, parking, ferry schedules, train delays, and other transportation disruptions.
If you experience any delay, you must contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us in advance may affect your reservation.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time will not be permitted to board and will forfeit the full amount paid.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Lake Como Boat reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or shorten any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, navigation restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control.
